![]() Although no dye printer can match pigments for matte and fine art paper, the Pro-100 is able to produce pretty good results nonetheless as long as you’re not planning on hanging them in a museum. The vivid colors and gamut is simply stunning, especially for a third party ink. The carts reset and ink levels have the same accuracy as OEM carts had.Īfter my final modification, I started using their profiles and I’m extremely happy with the prints these inks produce. I’ve had no problems throughout the entire modification process and as long as you read their directions and watch Joe’s videos, you’ll know what you’re doing and it progresses flawlessly! I just want to comment about the fluidity and ease of actually refilling these Pro-100’s and experiencing amazing results from the start for anyone who’s currently on the fence about switching to PC inks. I will not speak about longevity at all as I haven’t experimented nearly enough and it’s not my personal goal in regards to home printing. I’m an enthusiast photographer and I just wanted to drop by and give a huge thumbs up to Precision Colors for their inkset for the Pro-100 (I can’t wait for the Signature Edition) for anyone who’s currently on the fence about switching to PC Inks. ![]()
